Our Great Holiday Home is located just a few minutes’ Drive away from our motel in Lutana this 3 bedroom Home is Great for families and the corporate traveller who would like that extra privacy. The home offers fully self-contained Kitchen and a family lounge area with all the modern facilities you can ask for. we offer free WIFI plenty of free off street parking there is a bus stop right out the front of the property,Hobart city is within 10 minute drive away.
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL HAVE TO CHECK IN AT WATERFRONT LODGE MOTEL. WE WILL REQUIRE FULL CREDIT CARD DETAILS PHOTO ID DRIVERS LICENCE AND THERE WILL BE A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT HELD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD WHICH YOU WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN THE HOLIDAY HOME HAS BEEN INSPECTED. PLEASE NOTE THE RATE IS FOR 2 GUEST EXTRA GUEST WILL BE $50.00 PER NIGHT THE HOLIDAY HOME WILL ACCOMMODATE UP TO 6 GUEST IN TOTAL
